Replacing an existing dilapidated building, our design improves the relationship for the residential neighbours in terms of mass, scale and over-looking. Alongside these benefits, residents will receive more generous apartments and communal facilities. This is one of a number of similar projects we are completing for a nationwide specialist care provider to increase and improve accommodation within significantly more efficient buildings.
